During the months of June, July, and August, and for all major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, New Years, Labor Day and Memorial day):
- a 50% non-refundable deposit is required
- a cancellation notice is required 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid a fee of a one night stay
JUST FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS
- Make sure you are up to date on all of your vaccinations. The specific records we require can be found on the "Requirements" page located under the "Our Facility" menu option at the top of our website.
- Call us to schedule your free, 15 minute temperment evaluation.
- Fill out our guest application. For your convenience you print out the application and a copy of our policies and procedures at home! All you need to do is go to the "Registration" page located under the "Our Facility" menu link option at the top of our page.
- Make sure to bring in your filled out application, signed copy of our policies and procedures and a copy of all up-to-date vet records the day of your evaluation.
It's simple and easy. On the left side of our page click on the link that reads "create new account". Enter your name, email address, and fill out a username and password. Once you have an account we can:
- email you coupons
- send you grooming reminders
- let you know when your pets vaccines are almost expired
- email you upcoming events
- send you reservation confirmations
- answer any questions you may have
- and more!!
