• Since opening our doors in 2007, we at The Pampered Pet Resort and Spa pride ourselves on providing a safe and clean environment for all of our guests.

•  All the comforts of home are available in our 7500 sq ft building

• How about a manicure or paw-dicure? Check out our full grooming salon and spa

• Our facility includes both indoor and outdoor play areas

• Flat screen televisions and bottled water is available in our luxury suites

• Music is played throughout the building to help stimulate our guests minds and keep them happy and comfortable

• Running late? No problem. Our pet taxi is ready for all pick up and drop off services

• Whether our guests are staying just for the day,overnight,or for an extended stay they all recieve group play experience at no extra cost!!

•  Fully heated and air conditioned with our climate controlled, state of the art temperature monitoring system

•  We are immediatley notified of a fire,smoke or if the temperature drops below or rises above the comfort level

•  The system exchanges the air from inside of the building with the fresh air from outside

• This feature helps to minimize airbourne diseases such as bordetella or "kennel cough"

• Our flooring is non-slip rubber which is resistant to urine and other liquids

•  We use safe, natural, non-toxic cleaners

• The flooring also helps reduce harmful pressure on your pets joints and paws resulting in less injuries and soreness

• Whether your participating in our "stay and play"environment or recieving special one on one time with the staff, all of our guests get the individual attention that they deserve

• Guests are taken outside to our fenced-in play area every hour for fresh air, and potty breaks

• There is a staff member on the premises at all times, even overnight
