• Since opening our doors in 2007, we at The Pampered Pet Resort and Spa pride ourselves on providing a safe and clean environment for all of our guests.

•  All the comforts of home are available in our 11,500 sq ft building

• Our facility includes both indoor and outdoor play areas

• Guests are taken outside to our fenced-in play area every hour for fresh air, and potty breaks

• Flat screen televisions and bottled water is available in our luxury suites

• Music is played throughout the building to help stimulate our guests minds and keep them happy and comfortable

• Whether our guests are staying just for the day,overnight,or for an extended stay they all receive the group play experience at no extra cost!!

•  Fully heated and air conditioned with our climate controlled, state of the art temperature monitoring system

•  We are immediatley notified of a fire,smoke or if the temperature drops below or rises above the comfort level. The system exchanges the air from inside of the building with the fresh air from outside. This feature helps to minimize airbourne diseases such as bordetella or "kennel cough"

• The building is also equipped with CCTV (closed-circuit) which is monitored and recorded 24/7 for our guests added protection 

• Our flooring is non-slip rubber which is resistant to urine and other liquids. The flooring also helps reduce harmful pressure on your pets joints and paws resulting in less injuries and soreness

•  We use safe, natural, non-toxic cleaners

• Whether your participating in our "stay and play"environment or receiving special one on one time with the staff, all of our guests get the individual attention that they deserve

• There is a staff member on the premises at all times, even overnight
