In order to avoid an overnight fee, a cancellation is required to be made 48 hours prior to the date of intended arrival.

Check In Time Schedule:

Check In Is 11:00AM and AFTER

Check-ins before the stated time frame will be subject to a $15.00, 1/2 day daycare charge.

Check Out Time Schedule:

OPEN - 11:00AM = No Additional Fee

11:00AM - 3:00PM = Additional 1/2 Nights Fee 

3:00PM - CLOSE = Additional Full Nights Fee

Once our guests check out, we use that time to clean, steralize and prepare all of the accomodations for our next arrivals. We apologize for any inconvenience however we feel that it is in the overall best interest of all of our guests to give them the safe and clean environment we promised.

Daycare Group Sessions:

For the safety and health of our guests, water breaks are given twice a day. Additonal "time outs" will be given to the more "unruly" guests. A limit of three "time outs" will be given, and if the problem persists the owner will be notified and immediate action must be taken.

Extra "time outs" are at the discretion of our lead attendant.
